What happens when a young female coder joins a male-dominated floundering startup that's deep in an identity crisis?

UTURN is an interactive live-action VR comedy where viewers get to experience both sides of the gender divide, with interwoven stories that allow viewers to embody either a female or male character.

The virtual reality film will be be presented by its creator, Nathalie Mathe, and will be followed by a facilitated discussion of the experience and issues raised. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of gender dynamics in tech workplaces.
