Bob Glushko's book, Document Engineering, published by MIT Press

Document Engineering: Analyzing and Designing Documents for Business Informatics and Web Services, a new book by I School Professor Bob Glushko, was released by MIT Press earlier this month. In the book, which serves as an introduction to the emerging field of document engineering, Glushko and co-author by Tim McGrath analyze document exchanges from a variety of perspectives.

The book has received endorsements from numerous Information Technology insiders. Bob Glushko is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Information Management and Systems, University of California, Berkeley.

Tim McGrath is an independent consultant and is Chair of the Universal Business Language Library Content Subcommittee.
