I School Student Named 2009 Tisdale Policy Fellow

Nathan Gandomi, an I School master's student from the class of 2010, has been named an Eben Tisdale Public Policy Fellow for summer 2009.

The Eben Tisdale Fellowship brings students to Washington, D.C. for internships that explore current public policy issues from the high technology sector of the economy. The fellowship includes a full-time eight-week public policy internship with a high-tech company or trade association, along with weekly issues seminar lunches hosted by Tisdale sponsors.

Gandomi will join about a dozen students from other colleges and universities in Washington, D.C., from June through August, 2009.

The Tisdale Fellowship is administered by the Fund for American Studies; sponsors for 2009 include Business Software Alliance, Dell Computers, e-Luminate Group, Computing Research Association, Monster, Tech America, and CEO Technology Forum.
