MICS CyberConnect: Fall 2023

Get ready for the ultimate networking extravaganza: the MICS CyberConnect! It’s the place to be if you’re a student, alumnus, or just crazy about UC Berkeley’s Master of Information and Cybersecurity program. We’ve got two rockstar guest speakers lined up:

• Marti Hearst — Interim dean of the School of Information and professor and researcher on human-computer interaction (HCI), information retrieval and search, and information visualization
• Daniel Aranki — privacy engineering expert and MICS head graduate advisor

After they share insights on topics including generative AI, security, and privacy, we’ll break out into smaller groups so you can meet and mingle with awesome folks from the MICS community. Don’t miss out.
