DataRobot Government Solutions is a rapidly growing startup within DataRobot. DataRobot’s teams are at the heart of solving the US’s toughest challenges. They are developing and implementing novel AI approaches to transform health care, defense, and intelligence community. The team has seen tremendous growth in 2020 with an outlook for even more in 2021.

The federal team is hiring within two subgroups: Special Operations Team and Agency Focused Teams. These are not posted explicitly but will be discussed in the webinar with Chandler.

• Special Operations Team
  This is a collection of world-class data scientists, engineers, and product leaders that work directly with our CEO Jeremy Achin to build comprehensive decision intelligence solutions that solve real-world missions for the US Government. This team will take on very challenging missions (e.g., modeling the spread of COVID and informing COVID testing distribution).

• Agency Focused Teams
  These vertically aligned teams focus on identifying, developing, and delivering AI solutions and capability to specific government agencies (current focus areas are Healthcare, Defense, Intelligence, and Security & Law Enforcement). Members of each vertically aligned team will build deep relationships, expand the footprint of DataRobot AI impact, and facilitate the AI education and culture change for that agency.

Some examples of work DataRobot Government Solutions is doing:

• Healthcare: DataRobot’s work with Health and Human Services is the beginning of a national healthcare transformation that will directly benefit the lives of all Americans. The focus of ther work today is to provide actionable decision intelligence to combat the spread of COVID. However, there is significant momentum and a roadmap of AI solutions that will improve every aspect of how HHS (and sub-agencies) accomplish their mission.

• Defense: DataRobot is developing AI solutions for all 4 services. Our clients already have significant financial management wins, leveraging AI to repurpose hundreds of millions of dollars. They are also partnering with the military services to build novel approaches to soldier training and readiness and multi-sensor processing and threat detection.
