Biography

Godsee is passionate about working with interdisciplinary teams to drive social impact, combining data analytics, evaluation, and behavioral science to innovate program design across public health, social services, and climate issues.

She has spent the last three years as a consultant in the government sector at Deloitte, working with a variety of federal and state clients across public health and emergency management. She has also provided pro-bono support to the Algorithmic Justice League, supporting various projects advocating for more accountable and ethical AI. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she double majored in Economics and Peace Studies. As a student, she also worked part-time for two years at the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities, an economics research lab that partners with nonprofits around the U.S. to evaluate anti-poverty programs through randomized controlled trials.

She lives in Silver Spring, MD and in her free time enjoys trying different food spots with friends and family, playing with her dog, traveling, reading, and cultivating a green thumb.
