Biography

Sahab is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning multiple fields, including data science, product management, software engineering, agile methodologies, design thinking, primary research, UI/UX development, and human-centric design. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise while working with a variety of start-ups and Fortune 50 companies, successfully leading the development of B2C and B2B digital products in fintech and digital health solutions. Before retiring from the corporate world, Sahab served as Head of Enterprise Data Science & AI at Myriad Genetics.

Sahab is an active angel investor who focuses on supporting early-stage start-ups that utilize innovation and technology to address unmet needs in the AI products and services, medical devices, and digital health ecosystems sectors. Sahab is passionate about contributing to society by helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life and create a positive impact. Sahab serves serves as AI Sector Lead at Harvard Business School Alumni Angels NY and in Selection Committees at Berkeley SkyDeck, Berkeley Angels Network,  Chemical Angels Network and Life Science Angels. 

Sahab is a dedicated tech evangelist. She regularly speaks at conferences, organizes community events, connects people, and advises start-ups. Sahab serves as mentor at Berkeley Sky Deck and TechStars. Sahab also Committee Chair for Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs to cultivate a supportive ecosystem where women entrepreneurs can thrive, exchange knowledge, and build lasting relationships. She has given guest lectures at Berkeley Haas Business School and Columbia University.

Sahab received her Masters in Information & Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.  She holds a Masters of Science in Mathematics from Fairfield University and a Bachelors in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Harvard University.
