City of San Francisco Open Email

As part of a larger project to assess the legal and policy issues around email and its use by the city of San Francisco, I conducted interviews with the San Francisco Police Department. The product of this research is an opportunity to understand how email is used by the diverse interests within the SFPD, as well as specific privacy concerns around public access laws.
