All Shall be (a) Well: Forecasting Ground Water Levels in the Central Valley of California

We predict future groundwater levels on public wells located over the Sacramento Basin of California's Central Valley. We leverage open source data and different machine learning algorithms to create visualizations with our inferences with the objective of informing scientists, policy makers and the wider public about the water resources they can expect in the area, especially during the forthcoming dry seasons.
