Links, Meaning, and Contexts

Linked data, especially Linked Open Data, has become important in the Web. We will look at the wide variety of other kinds of links that have always been part of discovery and selection services, the potential for making links more widely, and cultural and contextual considerations that limit the variety and reliability of links.
