Women in MIDS Reading Group

This month we'll kickstart the semester with a discussion group. Dr. Yoonjung Lee, MIDS postdoc and lecturer, will be leading and moderating an open discussion of diversity and inclusion as well as the challenges around making diversity programs work. Those who are interested in sharing their experiences in their respective fields or learning about others' experiences are welcome to join.

We will use the following two articles as a starting point for the discussion:

• Why Diversity Programs Fail, by Frank Dobbin and Alexandra Kalev
