I School Orientation for New MIMS Students
Orientation is required for all incoming MIMS students. The exact time is subject to change.
This two-day event will be a great overall introduction to the School of Information, the MIMS program and life at UC Berkeley. We’ll cover topics such as community, degree structure, career services, and student life.
It will also be your first opportunity to meet and get to know your fellow MIMS students, faculty, and staff. We’ll reach out as we get closer to the time of orientation with further details.
Please fill out this quick survey to help us plan for the event. We'll be asking for your T-shirt size, your name for your reusable name badge, dietary allergies and restrictions, and any other information about accommodations you may need during Orientation. All survey responses are due back by Friday, July 12.
Dress code for both days is smart casual
