Position Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us create the future of wellness. This role will be working on an exciting new product bursting with potential and complementary to our farms and our passion for improving your state of wellbeing.

The role is for someone who is passionate about pushing the limits of what's possible and working with top-notch partners. 

The ideal candidate will refine direction from the product owner, elicit feedback from stakeholders, drive alignment around product initiatives, organize project plans and manage various aspects of implementation. 

You will report to the President working closely with Product Design. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, drive product decisions, and manage expectations 
  • Develop user stories, map features and user flows, and define acceptance criteria 
  • Perform strategic and feasibility analysis of related products, technologies, and potential partner integrations 
  • Maintain product roadmap and prioritize backlog, incorporating strategic direction from Product Design and executive teams
  • Communicate with customers and analyze and visualize product usage. 
  • Document product functionality and train internal teams 
  • Contribute to a green field product's go-to-market strategy and coordinate release plans with marketing, design, and product departments 
  • Work with Head of Engineering to allocate technical resources to efficiently meet our goals 
  • Engage with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation method and schedule impact 
  • Organize implementation plans and estimates into project plans 
  • Conduct testing of, and training on, new features and products 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other match, science, or engineering discipline 
  • 5+ years product management experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience building products across multiple platforms: web, tablet, mobile 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment with uncertain variables 

Preferred Skills and Abilities: 

  • Project management of a complex, time critical software application 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Connection to or experience in the wellness, healthcare, or security industries 
  • Developed software products that impacted the physical world 
  • Experience with data analysis/visualization tools such as Tableau, Periscope, or Mode 
  • Highly motivated, organized, and self-disciplined 
  • Passion for creating the best product and willing to be vocal about driving for the right solutions
