Biography
I live in Seattle, WA and work as a decision scientist for Starbucks Coffee Company. My role at Starbucks is to use data to help our leaders make more effective decisions, particularly with respect to security and loss prevention issues. Currently, I am working on a project to develop advanced analytics using sales data in order to detect internal theft. In addition, I have experience working in credit card fraud prevention and customer service. I am also a certified Coffee Master.
Outside of work and school, I like to play guitar, read, obsess over the Seattle Sounders, and spend time with my family. My wife, Alison, is a marriage and family counselor and my daughter, Elaina, will be celebrating her first birthday in March 2019. We also have two dogs and a cat.
I have a bachelor of science in Software Engineering from Arizona State University.
