Focus
Hoping to add solid foundations to my wonderings in Data Science. I believe DS programs will be the future MBA: helping diverse professionals shape their own space in the world through data literacy and group learning.
Biography
Completed bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics with an ever-growing interest in applied and computational math. Eight years of programming experience , with an affinity for its ubiquitous usefulness, grammatical diversity and elegance.
Four years of experience in methodological consulting specializing in statistical analysis and modeling for financial firms.
Special interests in automation with an appreciation of the great capabilities of business knowledge/intuition and the innate (human) ability for pattern recognition, such as developing tools that exploit the power of visualization and human-in-the-loop systems to acquire new information from data (be it old or new).
