Heather McPherson

Heather McPherson, Executive Director, Program Delivery & Execution, TRO

Heather leads the program delivery and execution function in the Technology Risk office.  Heather leads the Privacy & Security program overall, the governance, organizational change management, communications, program and project management functions as well as the solutions consulting service offering. 

Prior to that, Ms. McPherson led a number of Large programs at Kaiser Permanente leading large and complex transformational initiatives programs. She has extensive experience in program management and management consulting at Fortune 50 companies, with particular emphasis on electronic medical records and health insurance claims processing systems. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
