Biography
Originally from Syracuse, NY. I graduated from the University of Rochester in 2007 with a BA in Psychology. Following graduation, I volunteered abroad and eventually abroad moved in 2009. From there, I worked in a number of positions including sales, ESL education, customer care, market research, and business analysis. I completed my MA in Organizational Behavior and Development in 2015 with a thesis in ethical decision making.
I returned to the US in 2015 and began working in competitive intelligence in a retail company's corporate HQ. I began automating complex Excel tasks using Visual Basic in this role and began a professional certificate in Rstudio and Statistical Analysis. I left this role to work in contract analysis and report automation for a pension accounting firm. Eventually, I left this role as well to begin working with Boeing to focus primarily on report automation, generating tools for streamlining/standardizing data pulls, and fulfill data requests for Environment, Health, and Safety customers all over the world.
It is my goal to be able to conduct all aspects of intra-organizational diagnostics. This includes exploratory data pulls, qualitative research methods to validate/explain/refute these findings, and ultimately statistical analysis to validate how generalizable these findings are organizationa wide.
