Telling stories with data and exploring how to bring a data science to businesses and industries that have yet to harness that power.

Biography

After spending years working in television news across the Pacific Northwest, I am now a journalist on hiatus.  I came to the realization that media is an industry in need of data-driven business solutions and decided I want to be part of that process.  Currently, I work as a marketing campaign manager for a data consulting firm in Portland, Oregon.  Some of our work includes building databases, developing predictive models and implementing marketing optimization algorithms for clients primarily in the retail and financial services sectors.
