Rebecca Bargiachi

Rebecca Bargiachi is an experienced research and design professional dedicated to data for social good. She is the Director of Research for The Representation Project and has previously worked as a Senior Project Manager for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media as well as the Director of the Lower Ninth Ward Living Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her research has been featured in the Oxford University Press Oral History Review and the Contemporary Justice Review. Her forthcoming book, The Media Reader on Representations of Race, Gender, Disability, Body Size, Age, and Sexuality, will be published by Vernon Press in 2025.
