Biography
My research is focused on how to increase civic and political engagement. I am especially interested in how campaigns and non-partisan groups can use data science to increase turnout among minority and low propensity voters.
I teach the research design fundamentals class (Research Design and Applications for Data and Analysis, DATASCI 201 and INFO 201).
I received my Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, San Diego. Before Berkeley, I taught at the University of Texas at Austin.
