EmaFaces: StoryFaces for Pre-School Children Ages 4–5

For my final master’s project, I am revisiting StoryFaces, a storytelling iPad ebook application that enables pre-school children ages 4-5 to explore emotional expressions in the form of narratives. Citing research in cognitive and developmental psychology, EmaFaces attempts to explain the user study outcomes of StoryFaces as well as proposes changes to better effect the socio-emotional development of children ages 4-5.

I will present wireframes that illustrate the proposed changes and features.
