Timely Trains: Better prediction for BART train departures

Commuting by BART is a daily occurrence for many. Dealing with delayed or over crowded trains is a pain for all. BART alerts and other applications only tell you delays after the fact, and even then only report significant issues. More nuanced, more forward looking delay prediction is needed. Our project aims to take BART system an external data to provide riders with a better way to commute.
