Predicting Gentrification

One key challenge with urban gentrification is that once an area has started to gentrify, the process happens rapidly. This leaves little time not only for both city planners and real estate developers to plan, but also impacts the work of governmental and nonprofit organizations to manage the process of integration of the existing population, and the displacement of low-income population.

GentrifAI aims to give solid visibility into the gentrification process, helping all stakeholders predict with reliability which areas are going to gentrify, why they are gentrifying and when that process will take place.
