Rate My Listing

We would like to introduce our newly developed product “Rate My Listing”. This is a tool we specifically built for Airbnb hosts, or anyone who is considering to start their short-term rental business on platforms like Airbnb.

Using Customer Rating as a proxy for Customer Experience, we develop a tool that helps hosts identify features that are most indicative of a positive customer experience.The tool works by predicting Customer Rating based on the features of a listing. A host can input features of their property and quickly see how these features translate to customer rating, and therefore, to customer experience.
