BeautyIQ is a makeup recommendation app offering personalized, hassle free cosmetic recommendations. Powered by data science, our machine learning algorithm takes into account user profiles and preferences, products descriptions, ingredients, and product reviews. For our MVP, we apply content-based and collaborative filtering techniques to our NLP-enhanced dataset with over 750 cosmetic products and 24,000+ user reviews.
