Community Health Dashboard

Born out of a desire to utilize the power of data to improve public health, this dashboard allows users to explore, compare, and draw insight from all US counties across 33 measures. It is our hope that this visualization illuminates disparities in public health across the United States and provides a fertile starting point for public health officials to identify areas for improvement and successful counties that could provide a model for that improvement.
