Jobs to be Done
Our proposed project is to build a tool that helps people to manage recruiting information more efficiently. Currently, the job information is decentralized across the web (e.g. LinkedIn, RippleMatch, Indeed, Handshake, ZipRecruiter, even in Notion or emails for small startups) and managing job applications requires a lot of manual work. It might include collecting applications and saving them in one centralized place, updating statuses, following up, and also more needs to be discovered. Given that the job market becomes increasingly competitive and people’s time becomes more valuable than ever, we want to automate the process and allow candidates to spend their time on more “intelligent work”.
