Therapeutic Accelerator GPT (TA.GPT)

Our mission is to use artificial intelligence to accelerate pharmaceutical development by reducing time spent on literature reviews and more time in the lab moving therapeutics to the clinic. There are thousands of papers published each year and not enough time to thoroughly read each one. In order to help professionals stay on top of new developments, we created Therapeutic Accelerator (TA.GPT). Our tool is a chatbot built on LLMs such as T5 to provide high-quality summaries of articles found in repositories such as Pubmed and Arxiv. By providing summaries we aim to help users to gain a high level of understanding first. TA.GPT provides citations of articles used to generate the summary so our users can fact-check and dive deeper into the field if they wish.
